If you’ve ever felt like you were holding everything together while quietly coming undone — this space was made for you.
Healing Heart Co. was born from walking my own unexpected path. As a first-time mother navigating special needs parenting — and later welcoming my second child — I learned how quickly love can shift into survival mode. I did what needed to be done. I showed up. I carried it all. And for a long time, I didn’t question it.
Somewhere along the way, pushing forward became all I knew. Rest felt like a luxury, and joy became something I noticed from a distance. I was functioning — but I wasn’t fully present — until eventually, burnout forced me to stop.
That pause wasn’t graceful, but it was necessary. It cracked something open in me and led me to reach for support. What I found was community — and the reminder that I was never meant to carry this alone.
Healing Heart Co. grew from that slow return to myself — from the understanding that while no two stories look the same, we are connected in more ways than we realize. I share that journey more fully in my book, Dear Healing Heart.
This isn’t a space that asks you to be okay when you’re not. It’s a place to sit beside the hard parts with a little more gentleness — through honest storytelling and intentional products — and the reminder that you were never meant to do this alone. This is a place to pause, exhale, and reconnect with what matters.
